Support with Cancer

Going through cancer can often lead to a rollercoaster of emotions along the way, for the person receiving the diagnosis and also their loved ones.

I have over a decade of experience supporting people who have been diagnosed with cancer and their loved ones in NHS and private services.

I can offer a safe space to discuss the impact cancer has had on your life, whether you are directly affected or you are a friend or family member.

I can provide support at any point along the cancer pathway; from initial diagnosis, through treatment, fear of cancer recurrence, adjustment and palliative support.

I use an integrative approach - drawing on cognitive behavioural therapy, compassionate and acceptance approaches and am trained in EMDR to help with processing previous traumatic experiences.
